Description

The "Crianza" on the red wine label represents the selected grade. The red wine must be aged in oak barrels for at least 1 year, plus at least 1 year in the bottle, before it can be sold in the third year.

This wine is obtained by fermenting the grapes which must be in contact with the air for ten days, kept at a controlled temperature to obtain all the aroma, flavor and color qualities of the grapes. After several months of aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures in oak barrels.
